Réseau LAN se bloque une fois par jour

Bonjour,

J’utilise mon Raspberry PI3+ depuis plus d’un an sans problème mais depuis une semaine le RaspBerry perd le réseau avec le port RJ45.
Si je ping mon RaspBerry, pas de réponse, après reboot tout fonctionne de nouveau.
Il était connecté à un switch que j’ai enlevé pour le connecté directement sur la BOX, même problème récurant sans que cela soit à une heure précise.
Le Raspberry fonctionne toujours car ma domotique répond via le réseau zigbee :slight_smile:
Comme j’utilise JEEDOM, je pilote avec les SMS et je peux rebooter à distance mais cela n’est plus viable.
Quelques infos sur ma configuration :

  • Raspbian 10 dernière mise à jour mise hier mais toujours le même problème
  • Boot sur clé USB 64GB
  • Clé 3G sur USB
  • Clé Zigate sur USB
  • Alimentation séparée pour alimenter les ports USB

1ere question: qu’est ce qui a changé (matériel/logiciel sur le PI, sur le réseau, sur la box) ?

2ement chercher des pistes d’erreur dans les logs (/var/log/*) et dans dmesg.

En fait j’ai eu ce problème depuis la dernière mise à jour de Raspbian (installation des patchs).
Aucun changement sur l’infrastructure autour du RaspBerry.

Je n’ai rien vu dans les logs, Dans le ‹ dmesg ›, il y a des erreurs mais pas liées visiblement à la carte réseau, je vais publier dans le message suivant.

Ce qui est incroyable c’est que cela ne plante pas le RaspBerry, l’OS continue à fonctionner sans problème puisque ma domotique répond bien via la clé 3G.

Cette ligne doit correspondre à la clé 3G connectée sur le port USB
La clé 3G est la « CLÉ 2G/3G/4G COMPATIBLE EEDOMUS ET JEEDOM (CHIPSET HUAWEI E3372) - WIZELEC »
Je n’ai aucun Firewall, ni configuration spéciale.
Mon raspberry est connecté directement derrière ma box SFR.

Device 006 : Clé 3G
Device 004 : Cle Zigate (zigbee)
Device 005 : ma clé de boot en lieu et place de la microSD

Difficile de savoir si c’est la box qui perd le signal ou le PI. Si effectivement, c’est depuis une mise à jour du coté du PI, on peut supposer que ce soit le PI. Toutefois, il peut y avoir une incompatibilité quelque part et de ce fait c’est la box qui coupe la connexion.
Je ne vois pas de cas identique ou proche de perturbation réseau depuis la dernière mise à jour de Raspbian sur le net. Si c’était le cas, on peut supposer que ça hurlerait fort !

Enfin, ça pourrait être une panne matérielle, par exemple le câble RJ45 ou la connectique. J’ai eu dernièrement un problème d’affichage aléatoire avec un câble HDMI défectueux.

Je n’ai pas beaucoup d’autres pistes…

Pour information, si je débranche ma clé 3G je n’ai plus de blocage.
Il doit y avoir donc un blocage entre la clé 3G et la carte réseau durant un délai.
Si quelqu’un avait un retour sur ça, je suis intéressé car je suis toujours sans usage de SMS de se fait sur mon Jeedom

Retour d’expérience.
Pour votre information mon RaspBerry PI3B+ était en saturation mémoire, Raspbian pour se protéger arrête de façon brutale tout processus essayant de dépasser la capacité mémoire.
Ce constat m’a été délivré par un développeur qui s’est intéressé à mon problème.
J’ai remplacé mon RaspBerry PI3B+ par un 4B 2GB est tout fonctionne parfaitement.
Il faut aller chercher dans les LOG System RaspBian pour trouver les lignes qui informe de l’action de ‹ killer › une action en cours.
Cela donne évidemment une instabilité globale du système mais Linux tourne toujours.
Un peu déroutant quand on est pas connaisseur.
