Best Ways to Secure a Raspberry Pi?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been experimenting with my Raspberry Pi for different projects, but I recently started thinking about security. Since it’s connected to my network, I want to make sure it’s safe from potential threats. What are the best practices for securing a Raspberry Pi?

I’ve read about changing default passwords, setting up firewalls, and using SSH keys, but I’d love to hear what others are doing. Are there any must-have security tools or scripts that help protect against attacks?

Also, I came across a Cyber Security Tutorial that mentioned using VPNs and encryption for IoT devices. Has anyone tried this on their Raspberry Pi? Does it really make a big difference?

Looking forward to your advice and experiences! Thanks in advance.:lock:

Bonjour, c’est un forum francophone, tu n’auras pas beaucoup de réponse en écrivant ta demande en anglais.

Je te conseil de trouver un forum anglophone si tu ne parle pas français ou de traduire ton message.

Merci.

Hello, this is a French-speaking forum; you won’t get many answers if you post your question in English.

I recommend finding an English-speaking forum if you don’t speak French, or translating your message.

Thank you.
